Summer loving!
Year 11 was a roller coaster juggling being a new mom and working full time. Getting to say goodbye to these kiddos brought me to tears, these last 10 weeks doing distance learning have been rough. I didn't realize how much it was hurting me until I saw my students today and couldn't hug them. This group of 8th graders I have known since 3rd grade, I'm going to miss them so much. Thankful for summer but ready to be with my students in a classroom again.
No matter what you are feeling today, you are seen, and your feelings are valid. Love you all.
Out of all the toys her favorites are books. She can spend hours looking at books and it makes my teacher heart so happy.
